Refunds:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send your merchandise back to us and we will give you a full refund for any product and tax (if applicable)*.

  1. The tags and the price sticker have not been removed from the merchandise.
  2. The merchandise has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
  3. The merchandise was not on clearance, identified by slashed prices.
  4. The order’s shipping destination is within the continental U.S.
  5. Your refund is received within 30 days of receipt.
For a refund please follow the instructions below:
  1. Place the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in the package.
  2. Write on the packing slip that you would like a refund or inform us by phone/email.
  3. Be sure that the return package is sealed properly as to not incur damage during the shipment back.
  4. MavGear.com is not responsible for any lost packages en route to us for refund and/or exchange. Choose any method of shipping you like, just be sure that it is traceable in case of problems during shipment.
  5. Send all returns to the below address.

Exchanges:
In order to avoid requests for out of stock items and to provide faster service to our customers, we do not offer an exchange service and will only issue credits for returned merchandise. All merchandise shipped back to us will be credited to the original card used to make the purchase, unless instructed otherwise. In order to obtain a replacement, customers must place new orders for the replacement items. Standard shipping charges will apply to all orders.

Mis-shipments: Shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless the merchandise was damaged in transit or a mis-shipment occurred. If the item(s) are damaged in transit or mis-shipment has occurred, MavGear.com will pay all return shipping fees. Contact us immediately for assistance and further instructions.
